The Shiseido Sense Meadow is a pop-up in Jewel Changi for shoppers to immerse in and experience the products, values and culture of Shiseido Ginza Tokyo.
Distilling what Shiseido stood for from what it communicated to audiences - a core essence in this idea of radiance. 
One that is centered in bringing out one's inner beauty, illuminating them, and thereby, through which, the world around.

We found that the language of spheres represented well this singular yet complete point of influence which Shiseido brings.

We were inspired to evoke the notion of a meadow through the language of spheres, where one would approach with a smile, linger to discover, and leave feeling fulfilled.
The Shiseido Sense Meadow - a refreshing yet elegant way to experience the Shiseido brand

In each of our sections of Uncover, Explore and Discover, we identified the brand stories that mattered to be told, and devised intuitive interactions to heighten visitor's engagement.

In 'Explore', A field of frosted spheres pulsates with a warm glow, its subtle allure beckoning shoppers to explore. As they walks through, they are pleasantly surprised as the spheres closest to them transform into a vibrant red glow, representing Shiseido's ability to bring out the radiance within oneself.
Through an AR experience, shoppers can use their camera to capture a hidden sticker within the meadow of spheres, giving access to the Telegram sticker set which one can share with family and friends. ​​​​​​​
The Shiseido sticker set is derived from their illustration-styled advertisements that celebrate the Shiseido woman.
In 'Discover', Shoppers discover Shiseido’s flagship products in a progressive fashion, where a QR code can be scanned to reveal product details.
 As as shopper approaches, Ultimune’s ingredients and their ImuGeneration skincare benefits come to life. The essence of each ingredient is extracted and flows elegantly towards the bottle on a digital display, showing the depth and quality of research gone into Ultimune. 
In  ‘Uncover’, users unearth Shiseido’s rich history through the exploration of a timeline of milestones.
When each milestone year is chosen, an animation that depicts the milestone achieved in that particular year starts playing.
Once all 3 zones have been experienced, shoppers are rewarded with a skin analysis and sample which they can redeem at brand retail stores.

In an environment with confusing distractions all around, the Shiseido Sense Meadow’s radiance and interactivity draws shoppers close, encourages them to stay, and eventually leaves them with a memorable experience with Shiseido.
