Background

DBS is a bank based in Singapore. Deeply rooted in Asian culture and traditions, they place their focus on family, social responsibility and trust.

With ground-breaking technology and innovation at their disposal, DBS seeks to create a digital banking solution for teenagers, one that helps differentiate themselves from competitor banks and help retain the future generation's loyalty and trust, creating a cradle to grave solution. 

To serve not only as a bank, but as a companion in their financial journey while providing a platform to connect families and go beyond banking, inculcating financial maturity and responsibility in their young customers.
Our team started off by contacting DBS as well as doing research on our own, thus coming up with a stakeholder mapping so as to gain a holistic overview of stakeholders involved.
We then conducted ethnographic research through to gains insights on users' various behavioral and banking patterns.
